SPROUTED MOONG TIKKI

INGREDIENT:-

  1. 1 CUP SPROUTED MOONG
  2. CORIANDER LEAVES 3 TSP
  3. FINE CHOPPED ONION 4 TPS
  4. GREEN CHILLI PAST (GREEN CHILLI+GINGER+GARLIC)½ OR 3/4  TSP AS PER TASTE
  5. ROCK SALT /SINDHAV SALT AS PER TASTE
  6. DRY CORIANDER POWDER ½ TSP
  7. TURMERIC POWDER ¼ TSP
  8. PINCH OF HING
  9. GARAM MASALA ⅛ TSP
  10. OLIVE OIL  2 TSP

RECIPE:-

  1. TAKE MIXER JAR &. CRUSH SPROUTED MOONG & PUT IT IN A MIXING BOWL.
  2. ADD FINE CHOPPED ONION. CORIANDER LEAVES, GREEN CHILLI PASTE AS PER YOUR TASTE & ALSO ADD SINDHAV SALT AS PER TASTE
  3. ADD DRY CORIANDER POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, HING, GARAM MASALA.
  4. MIX IT WELL IT’S LOOK LIKE THICK BATTER
  5. HEAT THE PAN, ADD 1 TSP OLIVE OIL,& SPREAD WELL IN PAN LIKE TIKKI.
  6. PUT THICK BATTERS SMALL TIKKI   WITH HELP OF  SPOON.
  7. COVER THE PAN FOR 2 – 3 MINUTES BETWEEN LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME.
  8. CHECK IT AFTER FEW MINUTES THAN FLIP THE TIKKI.
  9. ADD REMAIN 1 TSP OLIVE OIL. AGAIN COVER THE PAN FOR 2 -3  MINUTES.
  10.  NOW IT’S READY TO SERVE.
