WEIGHT LOSS BOOSTER BEETROOT SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. 2 BEETROOT
  2. 2 TOMATOES
  3. 1 CAPSICUM
  4. 1 TSP GINGER PASTE
  5. 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
  6. PINK SALT
  7. PINCH OF HING
  8. 1TSP DESI JAGGERY POWDER

RECIPE:-

  1. WASH  WELL ALL THE VEGETABLES AND CHOPPED IN BIG BLOCKS.
  2. TRANSFER ALL THE VEGETABLES IN A COOKER ADD GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE, SALT AND HING.ADD ½ GLASS OF WATER AND WHISTEL IT FOR 2 TIMES.
  3. KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINUTES FOR COOL DOWN.
  4. BLEND IT IN BLENDER AND MAKE A FINE PASTE.
  5. TRANSFER IT IN A PAN AND BOILED IT FOR 2-3 MINUTS ON SLOW FLAME ADD JAGGERY.
