INGREDIENTS:-

  1. WHOLE PROSO MILLETS 1 CUP
  2. 1  CUP  RICE UNPOLISHED
  3. 1 CUP URAD DAL
  4. 1 TSP METHI SEEDS
  5. 1 TSP SALT

RECIPE:-

  1. MIX ALL INGREADIENT .
  2. RINSE WELL 2-3 TIME.
  3. SOAKED FOR 6 -7 HOURS .
  4. MAKE FINE  LITTEL THICK PASTE WITH ADDING WATER  AND SALT
  5. KEEP OVERNIGHT OR FORE 12-14 HOURS FOR FERMENTATION.
  6. MAKE  IDLI IN IDLI POT WITHOUT USING SODA .

USE CAN ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLE IN IDLI  LIKE PALAK,CARROT,PEAS,ONION,CORIENDER FOR MORE TASTE AND NUTRITION.
